About the role

As a Food & Beverage Captain at Swissotel Al Ghurair, you will be the face of exceptional service and cuisine, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience while supporting the outlet manager in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise waiters and busboys, ensuring service standards are met.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the outlet’s menu to advise guests.
• Handle guest complaints and queries with professionalism.
• Set up the outlet for service and oversee smooth operation.
• Train and coach team members to meet performance standards.
• Manage beverage stock, record keeping, and supply planning.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably in food & beverage service.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Creative passion for food and customer service.
• Ability to work effectively under high pressure.
