Food & Beverage Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Food & Beverage Marketing Manager at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, you will lead integrated marketing initiatives that elevate the brand’s F&B outlets, special events and seasonal campaigns. You will work closely with operations, sales and revenue teams to ensure every marketing effort drives guest engagement and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for F&B venues, events and promotions.
• Create digital content – photography, videography, graphics, email campaigns and promotional materials – aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, including planning, scheduling and community engagement.
• Analyse campaign performance, website traffic and social media insights, delivering regular reports and optimisation recommendations.
• Plan and optimise paid advertising, email marketing, SEO and content marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with influencers, media partners and local businesses to expand brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Ensure all communications reflect the company’s visual standards and tone of voice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media channels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
