About the role

The Lana, part of the Dorchester Collection, is hosting a Food & Beverage Open Day to recruit talent for a range of positions across its restaurant operations in Dubai. Opportunities include Barista, Mixologist, Head Mixologist, Order Taker, Waiter/Waitress and Restaurant Supervisor. Candidates will join a vibrant, inclusive team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, cocktails and other beverages in line with brand standards.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workstations, dining areas and service equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to coordinate service flow.
• Supervise junior staff, manage shift schedules and handle guest inquiries.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
