About the role

As a Food & Beverage Service Assistant at Le Méridien Dubai, you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting the kitchen and floor teams.

Key responsibilities

Set tables and arrange dining settings according to hotel standards.
Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
Clean and maintain work areas, supplies, and equipment throughout the shift.
Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) as required.
Stand, walk, and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
Less than one year of related food and beverage experience.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification needed.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and meet physical demands.
Professional appearance and adherence to company policies and uniform standards.
