About the role
As a Food & Beverage Service Assistant at Le Méridien Dubai, you will help create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean work environment, and supporting the kitchen and floor teams.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and arrange dining settings according to hotel standards.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
- Clean and maintain work areas, supplies, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) as required.
- Stand, walk, and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related food and beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods and meet physical demands.
- Professional appearance and adherence to company policies and uniform standards.
