About the role
Our Guest Service Experts deliver memorable food and beverage experiences, ensuring guests enjoy their meals and service throughout their stay at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate with the kitchen, and serve guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies, and manage minibar inventory.
- Uphold uniform standards and professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year related work experience; no supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
- Commitment to equal‑opportunity and non‑discrimination policies.
Required skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).
- Read and visually verify menu information.
- Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces safely.
- Follow safety, company policies, and quality standards.
