Food & Beverage Supervisor (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Join Hilton's DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel and Residences as a Food & Beverage Supervisor. You will lead daily banquet and outlet operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings, assign duties, and monitor team performance.
• Maintain outlet readiness, including cleanliness, table setup, equipment, and staff grooming.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and follow up on feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office and other departments for seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in an upscale or international hotel.
• Previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, all‑day dining outlet, or hotel F&B operation.
• Strong communication, leadership, guest service and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, HACCP and workplace safety procedures.
