Night Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

As a Night Manager (Arabic Speaker) you will lead the overnight operations of the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence while representing Hilton’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s overnight operation as Manager on Duty, ensuring business continuity and guest satisfaction.
• Make operational decisions, handle issues, and escalate to senior management when required.
• Monitor performance, conduct corrective actions, and maintain Hilton brand standards.
• Oversee guest satisfaction, service recovery, and address complaints promptly.
• Review and control Night Audit, daily revenue, cash handling, and operational reports.
• Manage staffing and productivity, ensuring effective deployment.
• Conduct inspections for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
• Lead emergency response, documentation, and escalation according to procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Previous Night Manager or Duty Manager experience in an international hotel (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Rooms Division and night operations.
• Ability to lead multi‑department operations and make independent decisions.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
