About the role
Join Accor’s vibrant hospitality team in Sharjah as a Waitress, delivering the full ibis service promise and creating memorable experiences for guests from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Provide engaging, personalized service throughout the dining experience, adhering to brand standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, beverage list, and any special promotions to answer guest inquiries.
- Handle cash and non‑cash transactions, prepare shift end reports, and follow safe cash‑handling procedures.
- Operate all outlet equipment, follow health, safety, and sanitation policies, and perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the manager.
Required profile
- Outstanding guest service skills with professional presentation and strong communication in English (additional language a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and capable of working well under pressure as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal & written).
