Food & Beverage Supervisor – Banquet & Catering

About the role

Join the hospitality team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, overseeing banquet and catering operations. You will ensure every event runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute a variety of events such as breakfasts, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, cocktail receptions and galas.
• Oversee function‑room setup, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware and chinaware meet event specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate event details and updates to all relevant Food & Beverage teams.
• Manage event breakdown, ensuring equipment is stored correctly for subsequent functions.
• Supervise and coach the F&B team, handling scheduling, performance monitoring and recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
