About the role

Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort and Spa Marjan Island, where you will create memorable dining experiences for guests in a world‑class resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, respond promptly to requests, and deliver friendly, personalized service.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and serve promptly.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, promotions, and beverage offerings.
• Keep service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in compliance with licensing regulations and hotel policies.
• Uphold Hilton grooming standards, uniform policy, and report operational issues as required.
