Key responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to provide timely service and maintain smooth operations.
• Understand and follow all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures related to guest service, personal discipline, grooming, and operational standards.
• Check out with your supervisor before leaving your station or the floor for any reason.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s services and facilities to answer guest inquiries accurately.
• Adhere to safety policies to keep the work area safe for staff and guests.
• Accept reasonable work‑related requests from managers or supervisors, even if outside normal duties, to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
• Keep your service station tidy and compliant with hotel standards at all times.
• Develop full knowledge of all menus offered by the hotel.
• Learn and correctly operate Point of Sale (POS) equipment, following all related procedures.
• Observe strict security measures when entering guest rooms to protect privacy.
• Participate actively in training meetings to continuously improve professional skills and guest satisfaction.
• Check corridors for trays after taking room‑service orders.
• Clean and break down trays in the dish area, ensuring condiments, salt, pepper, sugars, and other items are properly managed.
