Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress

About the role

The Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress provides efficient and professional service to guests in the hotel restaurant, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, check on guests regularly, and handle payments.
• Input orders into the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Prepare tables (mise en place), keep the service area clean, and reset tables after guests leave.
• Communicate special requests and dietary requirements, recommend menu items and upsell promotions.
• Follow HACCP food safety, hygiene and health‑safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, restaurant or similar hospitality setting (preferred).
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
