Football Coach - Youth Academy

About the role

Ellevate Football Academy, a modern app-powered academy in Dubai that coaches boys and girls aged 4-19 at school venues, is looking for a passionate full-time Football Coach. The role reports to the Head Coach and covers sessions from first-ball skills with the youngest players through to competitive youth football.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate sessions following the Ellevate curriculum across the Pre-academy, Foundation, Development and Youth phases
• Create a safe, fun and disciplined environment following safeguarding and welfare standards and partner school policies
• Use the Ellevate App daily to update registers, give player feedback, set homework and track progress; write termly progress reports
• Run trial sessions and help turn trial players into registered members
• Build relationships with parents, schools, venues and community partners
• Support matches, tournaments, camps, VIP visits and events, and provide coaching cover across venues
• Help grow the academy through marketing and community outreach, and assist with talent identification and the performance pathway for older players
• Take part in coach education and ongoing CPD

Required profile

• UEFA C Licence or recognised equivalent (UEFA B preferred for older age groups)
• Valid First Aid and Safeguarding Children certificates, and a clear police clearance
• Valid driving licence from your home country
• Proven experience coaching boys and girls across ages and ability levels
• Strong behaviour management and excellent communication with players and parents
• Well organised, reliable and comfortable using digital tools and apps as part of coaching
