About the role
Careers International is hiring a full-time Foreman for a general workshop in Dubai within the construction sector. The foreman manages daily workshop operations and leads the team of mechanics, welders, electricians and technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
- Supervise mechanics, welders, electricians and technicians.
- Allocate jobs and ensure timely maintenance work.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure safety compliance.
- Manage inventory, tools and spare parts.
Required profile
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in workshops.
- Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
