Forward Deployed AI Scientist

About the role

BCG X is looking for a Forward Deployed AI Scientist to join its Dubai team. You will work at the intersection of data science, engineering, and client consulting, helping organizations turn complex business challenges into AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end analytics value chain: frame problems, design algorithms, implement and deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with clients across multiple BCG regions and industries on high‑impact topics such as climate change.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership through scientific papers and conference presentations.
• Contribute to both custom‑built projects and industry‑specific AI software products.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist in a consulting or technology environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills to work with clients and internal teams.
