JESS Jumeirah Primary School, a British international school in Dubai, is seeking a Foundation Stage Class Teacher to cover maternity leave starting in January 2027. Required profile

• Fully qualified and experienced Foundation Stage Class Teacher with a degree in Education and a professional teaching qualification.
• Relevant recent professional development that qualifies the candidate for this role.
• A proven track record of academic success and well-being in early years education.
• Commitment to safeguarding, child protection and pastoral care of students.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.

Required skills

• Exceptional subject knowledge and a clear understanding of effective, engaging teaching and learning.
• Use of a range of teaching and learning strategies and ability to create a safe, stimulating learning environment.
• Strong classroom management, organisation and high expectations.
