Founder & Investor Success Associate

About the role

We are seeking a bright, energetic professional to join iACCEL GBI’s go‑to‑market accelerator and its digital platform Elevix. The role sits at the intersection of founders, investors, ecosystem partners, operations and technology, offering high ownership and exposure to the UAE startup ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding for founders, investors and partners on Elevix, from outreach to documentation and ongoing engagement.
• Build and nurture relationships with mentors, accelerators, corporate partners and service providers across the UAE.
• Support business development by tracking prospects, coordinating meetings, maintaining CRM records and ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Drive community outreach using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email and other digital channels to grow and engage relevant audiences.
• Gather product feedback, identify friction points and work with the tech team to translate user needs into platform improvements.
• Promote platform adoption, increasing completion, activation and user engagement.
• Coordinate cross‑geography activities with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Assist with day‑to‑day office operations, meeting logistics, visitor management and event support.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders across different countries and time zones.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to take ownership of initiatives.
