FP&A Analyst – Raffles & Fairmont Global

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will support the FP&A Manager in day‑to‑day financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Raffles & Fairmont portfolio, providing clear data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Support preparation and upload of forecasts into OneStream for the global Raffles & Fairmont scope.
• Assist in the annual corporate budgeting process and ensure accurate data loading.
• Collect, consolidate, validate and analyse financial data from various stakeholders for budgeting and forecasting.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance review reports for senior leadership.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget/Forecast) and prepare supporting commentary.
• Prepare and distribute P&L reports, KPI dashboards and other financial analyses to functional leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and capable of meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• OneStream (financial planning & reporting system).
• Tableau for data visualisation.
• Advanced Excel, including VBA (plus).
• Experience with BI and data visualisation tools such as OneStream Analytics.
