FP&A Manager – Real Estate & Contracting

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting and performance reporting for the Al Futtaim Contracting division. Based in Dubai, the role supports senior leadership with data‑driven insights to drive profitability and operational excellence across the real‑estate and construction portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly Management Information System (MIS) flash reports at the SBU and Sub‑SBU level.
• Compile monthly and quarterly Financial & Business Review packs for senior leadership and Group Finance.
• Collect cash‑flow data from business units and upload monthly cash‑flow forecasts into Anaplan.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests from Group Finance or internal AFC management.
• Partner with business and functional heads to develop the annual budget and three‑year financial plan for the construction arm.
• Support the FP&A lead in consolidating quarterly forecasts and ensuring alignment with group guidelines.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable performance insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in financial analysis, planning or budgeting, preferably within real‑estate or construction.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
