FP&A Manager – Real Estate & Contracting

About the role

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will lead financial planning, analysis and reporting for Al-Futtaim's Contracting and Real Estate operations in Dubai. The role supports senior leadership with data‑driven insights, budget preparation and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate financial data to produce monthly Flash Performance Reports for SBU/Sub‑SBU stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Financial & Business Review packs for senior leadership.
• Gather collection and payment insights and manage monthly cash‑flow uploads into Anaplan.
• Collaborate with business heads to build the annual budget and 3‑year financial plan, uploading data into SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Support quarterly forecast consolidation and ensure alignment with group guidelines.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis for each line of business, highlighting revenue gaps or cost overruns.
• Analyse overheads at the GL level to identify anomalies and unbudgeted spend.
• Respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests from Group Finance or internal management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical abilities with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, especially with senior leadership.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business and functional heads.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance reporting.
