Freelance Graphic Designer – Design Guidelines (3‑month contract)

About the role

Chedi Hospitality is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented freelance Graphic Designer to support the Technical Services department. The role focuses on developing, designing and producing a comprehensive set of Design Guidelines that will serve as a visual reference for brand, design, spatial, operational and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and layout the series of Design Guidelines documents.
• Structure content to ensure clear, elegant visual storytelling.
• Create interactive PDFs that align with luxury hospitality standards.
• Integrate brand, spatial, operational and technical specifications into the guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Services team and report progress.
• Maintain flexibility within office hours (08:00‑18:00) and work onsite five days a week.

Required profile

• Highly proficient in layout design and document structuring.
• Strong visual storytelling ability suited to a luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai for 8 hours per day.
• Freelance specialist comfortable with a three‑month limited consultancy.
• Effective communication and teamwork with the Technical Services team.
