Freelance Wedding Sales Consultant

About the role

OnePass Wedding is a Dubai‑based wedding venue directory that matches couples with venues using real Google reviews. The company is hiring freelance consultants for two distinct tracks – an Enquiry Closer (Track A) and a Hotel Partnerships specialist (Track B). Candidates may apply for one track or both.

Key responsibilities

• Contact couples or their families on the day an enquiry arrives via phone or WhatsApp, in Arabic or English.
• Confirm event details such as date, guest count, budget and specific requirements (ladies‑only, catering, planner, photographer).
• Obtain written quotes and availability from the chosen venue and at least two alternative venues.
• Present side‑by‑side options, arrange site visits and secure a written referral fee from the venue before introduction.
• Follow the process through to a confirmed booking (Track A).
• Approach wedding and banquet sales teams at Dubai hotels to arrange introductory meetings (Track B).
• Negotiate and document a referral arrangement with each hotel, keeping all contacts and status updated in the provided tool.
• Provide the hotels with qualified leads generated by the Enquiry Closers.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai with a valid visa and work permit.
• Previous experience in weddings or events – venue coordination, hotel banquet sales or event production.
• Available as a secondary line of work and able to respond within a few working hours.
• For Track A: fluent in Arabic and English (Hindi or Urdu a plus) and familiar with local venue pricing and gender‑separated celebrations.
• For Track B: experience selling to or working with hotel banquet and events teams and ability to explain referral fees clearly.

What we offer

• Fixed fee for each enquiry that results in written quotes from at least two venues, plus a share of the referral fee when a booking is signed (Track A).
• Fixed bonus for each hotel that signs a referral agreement, paid half on signature and half when the first couple books (Track B).
• Payments settled at the end of the month when the company receives the money; no retainer.
