Front Desk Agent (German & Russian Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, self‑motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team at Rose Rayhaan by Rotana in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver professional, customer‑focused service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, achieving high satisfaction through personalized attention.
• Greet guests by name, escort them to their rooms, and conduct in‑room and hotel familiarisation.
• Assist guests with enquiries about hotel activities, local attractions, promotions, and services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel rates, occupancy levels, and local information.
• Accurately process check‑in/check‑out transactions, incidental charges, and cash handling using the Front Office system.
• Protect guest privacy and adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Previous Front Office experience in a hotel environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills plus fluency in German and/or Russian.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera property management system.
