Front Desk Executive (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

The healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Front Desk Executive to deliver professional reception and patient support services. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registration, appointments and inquiries while ensuring a smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient registration and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide assistance.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and insurance departments to facilitate patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation.
• Provide front‑desk support to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and office coordination.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare front‑desk or patient services.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional handling of patient interactions.
