Front Desk Receptionist – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Rixos Bab Al Bahr resort is a five‑star beachfront property on Al Marjan Island. We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage incoming phone calls, screen and forward them appropriately.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow‑up visits and classes.
• Maintain accurate guest and patient records, filing daily and preparing for the next day’s appointments.
• Monitor order status and inform guests of any delays.
• Keep the reception area tidy, stocked and presentable.
• Handle daily mail, deliveries and office supply inventory.
• Participate in mandatory communication meetings.

Required profile

• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role (0‑2 years preferred).
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple phone lines.
• Additional foreign language skills (Russian or German) are an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multiline telephone systems.
• Basic computer usage for record keeping and email handling.
