About the role

The Front Office Agent is a Guest Experience Expert who ensures every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out. Working in a luxury hotel environment, you will be the first point of contact, representing the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

Perform smooth check‑in and check‑out procedures, handling guest registrations and payments.
Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, providing personalized solutions.
Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and update guest profiles.
Promote local attractions and hotel amenities, offering tailored recommendations.
Uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards throughout all interactions.
Ensure the front‑office area is tidy, organized, and presented according to brand guidelines.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and strong communication skills.
