Front Office Executive

About the role

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors at the Ayurveda R Us Rehabilitation Centre in Al Mankhool, Dubai. This role ensures a smooth, welcoming, and well‑organised patient experience while supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally, manage phone, WhatsApp, and appointment enquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and coordinate patient appointments, and maintain accurate records.
• Handle patient check‑in/check‑out, billing, payment collection and receipt issuance.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists and other staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and keep the reception area presentable.
• Assist with patient feedback, complaints and service‑related queries.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, wellness centre, spa or similar front‑office environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Malayalam or other Indian languages is a plus.
• Professional appearance, customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a busy healthcare setting.
• Valid residence visa for Dubai/UAE preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with email and appointment management systems.
