Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
- Support check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring smooth and memorable stays.
- Assist guests with inquiries, recommendations and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations and perform administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
