Front Office Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the Rixos Bab Al Bahr team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Front Office Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the luxury and hospitality standards that define the Accor brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences.
• Manage seamless check‑in and check‑out processes, attending to guest preferences.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Handle telephone calls and email inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming lobby environment at all times.
• Uphold confidentiality and security of guest information.
• Represent the brand with professional conduct and a polished appearance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Opera property management system.
