Front Office Staff

About the role

The Front Office Staff member will be the first point of contact for patients at the dental centre, ensuring a courteous and professional experience. This role involves managing appointments, handling insurance processes, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients, answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries.
• Schedule and manage appointments, register patients and maintain accurate medical records.
• Verify insurance eligibility, process approvals and coordinate with insurance companies following UAE health insurance protocols.
• Handle billing, payments and daily cash reconciliation while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Front Office Receptionist in a medical or dental clinic.
• Good knowledge of UAE health insurance protocols, including eligibility verification and pre‑authorisation procedures.
• Excellent communication, professional telephone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
