Frontend & Mobile Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with a leading UAE institution that is building a digital‑first, AI‑enabled financial services platform. As a Frontend & Mobile Engineer you will shape the customer‑facing digital experiences from day one, working closely with product, design, backend and AI teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using modern frontend and mobile technologies.
• Build customer‑facing experiences including mobile banking, web banking, and AI‑powered conversational interfaces.
• Create reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable design system.
• Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate APIs, real‑time services, and conversational experiences.
• Implement automated testing, performance monitoring, telemetry, and release best practices.
• Ensure security, accessibility, and localisation standards are embedded in every customer journey.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on frontend and mobile engineering experience, ideally within banking, fintech, or large‑scale consumer products.
• Proven experience delivering customer‑facing mobile applications through the full app‑store lifecycle.
• Strong background in integrating APIs and real‑time or conversational services.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted engineering tools and modern software delivery practices.
