Full Stack Developer (Front‑End, Back‑End, Data & DevSecOps)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain end‑to‑end business applications for Crescent Petroleum Company Inc. in Sharjah. The role combines front‑end, back‑end and data‑analytics responsibilities while following Agile and DevSecOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and sustain scalable core applications, APIs, databases and associated hardware.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
• Develop data models, dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ensure application security, perform vulnerability assessments and implement remediation.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Provide documentation, training and support to end users.
• Coordinate testing, write test cases and support quality‑assurance processes.
• Liaise with external suppliers and stay updated on emerging IT practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems or Electronics & Telecommunication.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in full‑stack application design, development and deployment.
• Proven experience with Agile, DevSecOps and secure software delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
