Full-stack Developer

About the role

MVP Apps is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Full‑stack Developer to join its fast‑moving UAE team. You will design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end web and mobile features, working across front‑end interfaces and back‑end services while collaborating with designers, product managers, and QA engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Build and maintain solutions using Node.js, NestJS, Laravel and related modern web technologies.
• Configure, deploy, and manage applications on Ubuntu Linux servers.
• Set up and maintain NGINX web servers, reverse proxies, SSL certificates and domain configurations.
• Manage DNS records, ensure proper routing and security.
• Administer databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or SQL Server.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot server, networking and deployment issues.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
• Handle process management tools like PM2, Supervisor, Docker or similar.
• Ensure server security, firewall configurations and environment variable management.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, Laravel or comparable full‑stack development.
• Hands‑on Linux server administration experience (Ubuntu preferred).
• Proven ability to configure and maintain NGINX web servers.
• Solid knowledge of domains, DNS management, SSL certificates and reverse proxies.
• Experience deploying and maintaining production applications.
• Knowledge of database administration and optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server).
• Understanding of server security best practices and firewall management.
• Experience with process management tools such as PM2, Supervisor, Docker or similar technologies.
