Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are hiring for a client to join a global AI leader as a Full‑Stack Developer. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, developing and maintaining high‑quality code that trains and optimizes AI models. You will work with cross‑functional teams to benchmark performance and continuously improve model outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient full‑stack applications that support AI model training and optimization.
• Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce detailed explanations and rationales for evaluations, demonstrating strong technical reasoning.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including creation and maintenance of high‑quality, task‑specific datasets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for full‑stack development.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework.
• Knowledge of modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js or Angular.
• Ability to write readable, reusable and maintainable code.
