Full Stack Engineer – EMEA

About the role

Deel is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its rapidly growing EMEA team. You will help build and enhance the all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform that powers global teams in more than 150 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in product planning from discovery through deployment, providing input at every stage of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, product, design and QA engineers to deliver robust new features and APIs.
• Own end‑to‑end development of client‑side, server‑side, service and database components.
• Continuously improve existing functionality, fix bugs, and ensure a white‑glove experience for customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience building high‑quality, responsive web applications.
• Comfortable working across the full stack and delivering production‑ready code.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving SaaS environment.
