Full Stack Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a leading software development client on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to high‑traffic, scalable web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise full‑stack applications using React, Node.js and related technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and micro‑services for backend systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure system reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to improve system design.

Required profile

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.
• Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks like Express or NestJS.
• Familiarity with databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
