Full Stack .NET Engineer

About the role

This role delivers robust, scalable full-stack web applications using .NET and React, with a focus on high-quality frontend implementation while keeping backend services, APIs and integrations solid. It works closely with product, design, QA and engineering teams. The position is based on site in Abu Dhabi and requires at least 3 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, reusable frontend components and performance-aware UIs
• Develop and integrate backend services and REST APIs, including authentication and system integration
• Use Docker and CI/CD pipelines, with basic cloud/deployment knowledge
• Follow secure coding practices, Git-based workflows, code reviews and agile processes
• Within 0-3 months: onboard, ramp up on the codebase, contribute to small features, fix defects and learn how front-end components are built and tested
• Within 6-12 months: lead front-end feature implementations, optimize performance and accessibility, take part in architecture discussions and improve CI/CD and processes

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience
• Independent, proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Ownership mindset focused on quality and deadlines
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with product, design and QA
