About the role

We are seeking experienced F&B Service candidates to join Ariana's Persian Kitchen, part of Atlantis The Royal, to create memorable experiences for guests and work with renowned Iranian‑American celebrity chef Ariana Bundy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide unique restaurant experiences for varied clientele including VIPs, celebrities, regular guests and groups.
• Actively use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase outlet revenue.

Required profile

• 1–5 years’ experience in a reputable international hotel chain or restaurant group.
• Passion and in‑depth knowledge of service‑style dynamics with the ability to deliver excellent service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with service, kitchen teams and management.

Required skills

• Strong F&B service knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Persian language is an advantage.
