About the role
Atlantis The Palm is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Service professionals to join its diverse restaurant operations team. Candidates can register interest for a range of full‑time positions, from Attendant and Waiter/Waitress to Head Waiter, Captain/Supervisor and Outlet Assistant Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a unique dining experience for VIPs, celebrities, groups and regular guests.
- Utilise upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and boost outlet revenue.
- Serve across various service styles including casual, fine‑dining, outdoor venues, in‑room dining and banquets.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, service team and management to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- 1–5 years of experience in a reputable international hotel chain or restaurant group.
- Passion for hospitality and in‑depth knowledge of preferred service style dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with team members.
