GE APM Functional Consultant

About the role

The GE APM Functional Consultant will provide consultancy to customers, translating their requirements into workable Asset Performance Management solutions. The role involves on‑site training, ticket follow‑up and recommending enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct blueprint workshops to gather and document client requirements for inspections, RBI and thickness monitoring.
• Deliver user training on GE APM modules and support project teams in reviewing mechanical integrity deliverables.
• Lead implementation of IM/TM/RBI processes, configure APM work processes and ensure successful deployment at customer sites.
• Provide mechanical integrity consulting, advise on work processes, system configuration and maintenance planning.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical integrity, asset performance management or related fields.
• Customer‑centric attitude with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• GE APM software (Inspections, Risk Based Inspections, Thickness monitoring).
• Mechanical Integrity modules: IM, TM, RBI.
• Familiarity with APM modules such as RCA, RCM, RA, ASM, Calibration, SIS.
• Blueprint workshop facilitation and user training delivery.
