General Foreman

About the role

Nova International General Contracting is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead on‑site construction activities for building and villa compound projects in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with approved drawings, schedules, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities across multiple work fronts.
• Lead foremen and site crews to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and approved method statements.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage on site.
• Enforce HSE requirements and promote a strong safety culture.
• Identify construction issues and support timely resolution with the project team.
• Report daily progress and site activities to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of construction experience, primarily in buildings and villa compounds.
• Proven experience supervising site works and managing labor teams.
• UAE project experience required; Abu Dhabi exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and site coordination.
