About the role

Join a leading 5‑star hotel brand in the United Arab Emirates as a General Housekeeping associate. You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and order across rooms, public areas, and service zones.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, lifts, and pantry areas according to hotel standards.
• Ensure all public spaces are presented in an attractive, orderly condition.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering timely service and preventing complaints.
• Communicate proactively with fellow team members to support seamless operations.
• Adhere to all service procedures, safety guidelines, and quality controls.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar housekeeping role within a 5‑star hotel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient command of the English language.
