General Manager – Automotive Retail & Aftermarket

About the role

We are seeking a visionary General Manager to lead a high‑growth automotive retail and aftermarket business in Dubai. The role will shape the strategic direction, drive multi‑channel expansion and deliver long‑term shareholder value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 3‑5 year strategic growth roadmap.
• Expand revenue streams across retail, e‑commerce, B2B and export channels.
• Identify and launch ancillary businesses such as car‑care and lifestyle accessories.
• Build and lead a high‑performing leadership team.
• Own P&L, budgeting and overall financial performance.
• Strengthen relationships with dealerships, fleet operators and strategic partners.
• Standardise operations through SOPs, KPIs and scalable supply‑chain solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, corporate governance and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in the automotive and aftermarket industry.
• At least 5 years in a General Manager or Business Head role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with proven commercial acumen.
• Demonstrated success in retail expansion, B2B network development and multi‑channel operations.
