General Manager – Beach Club

About the role

The Beach Club General Manager will lead all aspects of the club’s operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting commercial targets. This hands‑on leader will oversee a luxury beachfront venue, driving revenue, managing teams and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across beach, pool, restaurants, bars, cabanas and events.
• Maintain luxury service standards, manage VIP relationships and resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Own the annual budget, profit and loss, revenue forecasts and control operating costs.
• Drive revenue through pricing strategies, reservations management, events, partnerships and memberships.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to ensure quality, menu profitability and efficient service.
• Recruit, train and develop staff, set performance objectives and manage staffing levels.
• Work with marketing on positioning, promotions, entertainment calendar and customer retention.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, beach and pool safety, security, licensing and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance with engineering and housekeeping.
• Report operational results, guest feedback and commercial performance to senior management.
• Lead pre‑opening activities when applicable, including recruitment, SOP development and supplier coordination.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of hospitality experience, with at least 3 years as a General Manager or equivalent operational leader.
• Direct experience managing a premium beach club or comparable luxury beachfront venue.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, entertainment and high‑volume service.
• Proven responsibility for budgets, profitability, revenue growth and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and VIP guest relationship skills.
• UAE or GCC hospitality experience preferred; pre‑opening experience advantageous.
• Hospitality or business management qualification preferred.
