General Manager – Construction for F&B, QSR & Café

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead construction projects across Food & Beverage, Quick Service Restaurant and Café sectors in Riyadh. The role demands strategic oversight, strong leadership and a deep understanding of construction within the F&B industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines and budgets aligned with organisational goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to meet specifications.
• Monitor progress, address issues proactively and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, mentor project teams and implement best‑practice construction processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience, specifically in F&B, QSR or Café projects.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
