General Manager – Luxury Dining & Nightlife Venue

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven General Manager to lead a high‑end dining and nightlife destination in Dubai. The role combines premium restaurant service, vibrant entertainment and late‑night experiences, requiring a leader who can deliver luxury hospitality while managing a dynamic nightlife environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring top‑tier food quality, service standards and guest satisfaction across dinner and late‑night service.
• Manage entertainment programming, artist coordination, DJ schedules and ensure seamless transitions between dining and nightlife.
• Lead planning and execution of private events, VIP bookings and exclusive celebrations, collaborating with sales, marketing and operations.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, driving revenue across dining, bar, nightlife and private events while monitoring budgets, labour and cost controls.
• Recruit, train, develop and retain a high‑performing, diverse team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and a culture of accountability and excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior operational leader in a luxury restaurant, premium nightlife venue or high‑end dining and entertainment concept.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing complex P&L, driving revenue and profitability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage nightlife operations, live entertainment, artists, DJs and high‑profile events.
• Experience delivering private events and VIP guest experiences to the highest standards.
• Previous experience in Dubai or a comparable international hospitality market is strongly preferred.
