General Manager – Premium Women’s Beauty Salon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to take full ownership of a premium women’s beauty salon in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving growth, overseeing operations, and preparing the business for multi‑branch expansion over the next five years.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and month‑on‑month profitability.
• Build and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and quality standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high‑performing team across all functions.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences that generate loyalty and referrals.
• Lead marketing and business development initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand the customer base.
• Monitor KPIs and business performance with full transparency and accountability.
• Prepare the business operationally and commercially for multi‑branch expansion.
• Plan and execute future branch openings.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growing businesses, preferably in the beauty or retail sector.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act like a business owner.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical abilities to monitor performance and drive data‑based decisions.
