General Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

This is a senior leadership opportunity to run an ultra‑luxury 5‑star hotel in Dubai. The General Manager will be accountable for the full guest experience, commercial performance, brand positioning and people leadership across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the property’s P&L, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning while driving revenue, GOP and profitability.
• Oversee all hotel operations – rooms, F&B, spa, housekeeping and guest relations – ensuring standards meet international luxury benchmarks.
• Develop and inspire a high‑performance executive team, attract top international talent and foster a multicultural workforce.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and revenue teams to strengthen the hotel’s market position and build relationships with luxury travel networks.
• Ensure disciplined cost management without compromising the luxury experience and identify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B and ancillary services.

Required profile

• 15+ years of international hospitality experience, with significant General Manager or Hotel Manager leadership in luxury or ultra‑luxury 5‑star properties.
• Full P&L responsibility, strong commercial and revenue‑management mindset, and proven ability to drive RevPAR, ADR and occupancy.
• Experience managing large, multicultural teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent English; prior Middle East experience is a strong advantage.
• Track record of pre‑opening, repositioning or major transformation projects is highly valued.
