Generative AI Engineer – Airline Domain

About the role

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI‑powered solutions for airline business processes. The role focuses on building reliable, high‑performing AI agents and ensuring their quality through rigorous testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions using Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and agent frameworks.
• Build and deploy AI agents, chatbots, and autonomous workflows for airline operations.
• Design and execute comprehensive AI testing strategies, including model validation, prompt testing, performance, regression, security, and bias evaluation.
• Establish automated testing frameworks, evaluation metrics, and monitoring processes.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices for deployment, testing, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align AI solutions with airline industry needs.

Required profile

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Proven expertise in AI agent development and autonomous workflow design.
• Solid understanding of AI testing, including functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and responsible AI.
• Experience working in the airline, aviation, or travel domain (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field.
